DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY Honda LEASE TO THE DEALER THAT I PURCHASED IT FROM?

No. Your Honda lease can be returned to the dealer of your choice. At Honda Cars of Boston, we welcome all Honda and Acura lease returns and will help you navigate the process. We'll make it as easy to return a Honda lease as it is to lease a new Honda.


DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO DROP OFF MY LEASE RETURN?

No. Though we do recommend contacting our Sales Department to schedule an appointment convenient to you, we welcome you to come in at any time during our open hours. Please, do not drop off vehicle without speaking to a member of our Sales staff.

Monday through Thursday – 9 AM – 9 PM
Friday – 9 AM – 7 PM
Saturday – 9 AM – 5 PM
Sunday – 11 AM – 5 PM

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

Please bring all sets of keys to the vehicle, your owner's manual, the maintenance log, the Honda lease inspection report and a copy of your registration. If your vehicle is equipped with Rear Entertainment System, please make sure that the remote and headphones are within the vehicle.


HOW DO I CANCEL MY PLATES IF I AM RETURNING MY LEASE?

At Honda Cars of Boston we will cancel your plates as a courtesy to you at no charge.


WHAT IF I HAVE DAMAGE?

Honda Leasing includes a $500 Excessive Wear and Use Waiver. Loyal customers who purchase or lease their next Honda or Acura vehicle may qualify for an additional waiver up of another $500 (total waiver not to exceed $1000).


DOES HONDA CHARGE A DISPOSITION OR TURN-IN FEE?

As of October 2013, Honda Financial has a $350 Disposition (Turn-In) Fee on all leases. This fee may be waived when leasing or financing a new or Certified Pre-Owned Honda or Acura vehicle with Honda Financial Services 30 days prior or 30 days following the return of the lease.
